While browsing Sketches of My Soul, I came across a great interview with none other than the sexxxy Keri Hilson. She talks about what it means to be sexy, and how happy she is to produce music. Music is her life.

After watching the interview, I continued on to the site that produced the interview, 24/7 Hip Hop, and realized that they had some pretty tight interviews with some pretty tight rappers and R&B artists.

A deep song that really addresses the current issues Americans are facing today.  We look back at music videos, concert clips, and news articles about past wars such as Vietnam, the Golf War, etc. and it is these type of music videos, songs, and reports that remind us of the past.  This track off of Exit 13 is historical proof of what has happened, and ultimately, it depicts as to what the current situation truly is.  Give the track a listen on Exit 13, and pick up the album which is in stores now.  What do you think about the music video?

Hip-Hop/Reggae star Wyclef Jean has recently released his sixth studio album entitled, "Carnival Vol. II Memoirs Of An Immigrant."  His newest release is by far my favorite out of all his past releases.  On this album, Wyclef takes his musical abilities to a whole new level, mixing so many different types of music artists from different genres.  Two of my favorite tracks on the album consist of, "Fast Car (Feat. Paul Simon)," and "Any Other Day (Feat. Norah Jones)."  In these two tracks, we see a much different side to Wyclef, and his music productions.  These two songs have a softer and calmer (more of a Folk type of feel to them).  Overall, Wyclef's most recent album release is one of my favorite, and if you are someone who has never heard of Wyclef Jean, you should pick up "Carnival Vol. II Memoirs Of An Immigrant" and give it a listen.

Akon & Wyclef may joke about producing music together, but the two of them together could produce some crazy stuff that in my opinion, could be tight.  Who knows if they were joking?  They most likely were, but those two working together on a production would be amazing!
