Wow, I just saw the craziest video by Soulja Boy, and I gave him a chance to interview with us, sit down, settle our differences, but he was a no show.  So now we here at TGLR are starting the Anti-Soulja Boy campaign.  In light of his recent video telling fans and people around the globe to help him accomplish his goal on December 16th, 2008.  He wants to get his sophomore album to go Platinum in its first week of release.  PEOPLE, DO NOT GO OUT AND BUY HIS MUSIC... PLEASE!!!

We need to stop his crap tunes from being played on the radio and on the web.  He has offered truly nothing to the music industry other than ruckus and bad tunes.  He is in it for the money, and his songs truly have no message whatsoever!  It is crucial for people who enjoy listening to good music that Soulja's album does not go Platinum.  The guy is 18 years old, and to be honest, hasn't put out a good song yet.  I encourage all of you to get the word out as to WHY YOU SHOULD NOT BUY SOULJA BOYS ALBUM come December 16th, 2008.  If you are a die hard Soulja fan, then fine, but if you think it is stupid to see people doing the "Bird Walk" (which by the way looks nothing like a bird walking...) I advise you to not waste your money during these harsh economical times.  Guys, the word needs to get out... Send this post to everyone you know... Digg it, post it all over MySpace, share it on Facebook, do whatever you can to stop Soulja Boy from putting out another crap album.  Listen, if you all want his crappy beats and mediocre lyrical skill to be played on your radio stations, on websites around the web, and in clubs all over the world, then don't get the word out.  I am not a Soulja hater, I am a fan of good music, Hip-Hop/Rap, and when someone starts to kill the music industry, it is as the Chi-Town rapper says, "The People" right to speak out.

Now is our time, more than ever to stop some crappy artist from getting a mediocre record to Platinum status.  If there is one thing we all know, it is that Soulja Boy is in it for the money.  Artists like Kanye West, Nas, Common, Lupe Fiasco, Jay-Z all send a message, have meaning, and stand for something.  They all have money, like Soulja Boy, but the way they use their money is what's the key difference.  Soulja Boy takes the money he makes and spends it on himself, and those two bone headed friends that appear in every stupid video he makes.  Jay-Z is a perfect example of someone who uses their money for the greater good, he has done so much charity work in his career, and he also was extremely involved in this past election.  I did not hear one thing from Soulja Boy as to what he thinks about the American economy.  He is just a huge self-centered musician who is in it for the money.  He doesn't care if 90% of America went broke tomorrow, just as long as his albums sell, everything is alright with him.

I don't understand how an 18 year old like him, with the money he has, doesn't use it for good.  He could donate it, no need for all those gold watches which are too big for his tiny wrists.  No need to waste it on new sidekick phones and PS3's... He could be making a difference in the world with all that wasted money, buying houses for people who are foreclosed, or even building homes for the homeless.  I don't see how any American, or any other person around the world could possibly waste their money on a crappy album when the times are just so hard.  You could end up buying groceries, or other necessities with that money that would go towards iSouljaBoyTellEm'.

Please folks, think twice before buying a Soulja Boy product, and remember, BE SURE TO GET THE WORD OUT!!! WE DON'T NEED THIS CRAP FROM SOULJA BOY ANY LONGER!!!
