And we're back with the EXCLUSIVE Nerd-Hop Vol. 2 MIXTAPE brought to you by Tha Good Life Reviews.  Hopefully you caught the single, "Sleepy Head" last week (Link), but if not you can peep it on Jordan Looney's latest release.  With 2300+ downloads on the single, we're looking to shoot the moon on this one.

For those of you unaware of the greatness of Jordan Looney, he is a phenomenal rapper out of Northwestern, keepin' it real, and NERD-Hoppin' to the beat.  Nerd-Hop Vol. 1 was a success and if you loved that one you're sure going to FALL IN LOVE with this tape.  J. Loonz has been though of as the next Lupe Fiasco, and hopefully with this release he gets the fame he deserves.

Tec Diamond's Senior Photo

Here at TGLR, we pride ourselves on our uncanny ability to discover new artists and uncovering rocking mixtapes almost every day. And, my thoroughly thuggish friends, today is no different. We've found a fresh new rapper, Aztec aka Tec Diamonds. He's solid, and has been co-signed by big names like Snoop Dogg, Fabolous, Swizz Beatz, Foxy Brown, and Just Blaze. He's been garnering acclaim for having punchlines for days and a great flow. He's no Soulja Boy, and will never, ever work with Crazy Frog, so check him out if you want a new sound. This guy is definitely not one of these ringtone rappers I can tell you that. Never sleep on a guy with no famous cred, he's just waiting for his time to shine.

Tecdiamonds.net and myspace.com/tecdiamonds are currently being worked on, but should be done faster than DMX running from the 5-0.

Here's the EXCLUSIVE download of the mixtape, only at TGLR: http://www.zshare.net/download/594812095875b43e/

Fine, well maybe this isn't a traditional mixtape, per se, but it is a mixtape of sorts.  If you guys weren't aware, I, ICECrush, and BigRedMusik (guest blogger, may become full time soon), are in fact twin brothers.  As a result, we try to create great CDs to blast in the car on the way to school perfecting order, meaning, and genre fusion.  We think we have come pretty close to creating a Monster on this one, and after many attempts at perfection we have come up with this list.  Please check out the trax, COMMENT!,  and just enjoy the beauty of iTunes and CD burning capabilities.  The Mix Masters are back!
